At Maison Harper Chicago, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs (including international fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Trying on items is allowed; wearing them is not.

Returns of multiple sizes ordered with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.
Return Process

Email info@maisonharperchicago.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

You’ll receive the return address of our fulfillment partner (based in China).

Ship the item at your own expense, including any customs or handling fees.

Use a tracked shipping method to ensure delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Liability

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Incorrect shipping addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
